Koinonia is governed by a board of Directors consisting of executive and non executive directors. The board has the responsibility to exercise its fiduciary role and take responsibility for strategy and policy direction. The Board and management firmly believes that our status as a black managed and staffed organization, is not merely premised on a legal obligation but also recognizes its role in transforming our South African society.
Our philosophy underpins a commitment to ensuring that we develop our organizational partners and staff through well-defined capacity building processes that subscribes to the requirements of the Employment Equity and Skills Development Act.
