Objective: We seek to change focus from “job seeking” to entrepreneurial development and wealth creation; to train young people for the 21st century.

The asset-based approach seeks to identify the strengths of young people and use these as a base from which to engage with their needs and challenges. Young people have gifts and talents, which should be identified, built upon and used positively

Definition: Integrated Youth Development (IYD) advocates for youth development practices that achieve the integrated and sustainable development of young people.
